The Arc of The Three Rivers has an immediate opening at our ICF (Intermediate Care Facility). This residential site is located in Dunbar and is designed to serve four male individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are searching for an individual who will share some of the same interests as other individuals who reside the home. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is waiting to access 24 hour direct support services through IDD waiver services. These individuals may also meet the criteria for ICF level of services, as well. This home is well maintained, well staffed, and has an annual zero deficiency survey from OHFLAC/licensing. The ages of the individuals currently residing in the home are mid 30’s-60 years of age and the room is semi-private. The individuals currently residing at this site either attend our Day Program in Charleston or are employed.
